I also learned to make a similar dessert in High School Home Economics class (a really long time ago)… we call this a “jelly roll” and it can have lemon curd or raspberry jam as filling (or any flavor of course). Mine have never turned out as beautiful as yours (in high school or later). )))

Ja es ist wirklich nicht allzu schwer, das ist bestimmt ein extra Rezept für ungeduldige Heranwachsende gewesen und er bewährt sich schon so viele Jahre 😉
